Billy receives regular maintenance chiropractic treatments from Nicola to support his mobility as he ages. He really enjoys the sessions, showing great relaxation, and looks and feels much better in his suppleness following treatment. Nicola is empathetic, understanding of his requirements as an older horse and shows great care and professionalism in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola for any horse who might benefit from chiropractic treatment.

Rocky is a rising 17 ISH, he has spent his life as a hunt pony and a happy hack. I started riding him 18 months ago and decided he should have a go a dressage. Rocky always felt so stiff in his neck, his back was frequently sore, he stumbled and just wasn’t free in his movements. He has now had 2 sessions with Nicola and the difference is amazing. He loves his sessions with her, she has a fantastic affinity with him he is so chilled by the end. I honestly couldn’t recommend Nicola more highly, she is fantastic.

I requested Nicola’s help after my working Collie, Tess, injured herself on the farm yard. Nicola quickly identified the areas of discomfort for Tess. She reassured Tess throughout the sessions particularly as Tess is a shy and cautious dog when meeting new people. Tess has responded really well to her chiropractic treatment and is back to her old self now thanks to Nicola’s knowledge and support. Would highly recommend Nicola and I will continue to have her help in the future with my dogs.

I asked Nicola to look at my young 5 year old McGregor who refuses to stop growing. Nicola straight away put McGregor at ease and was able to explain to me how a young horse develops. Nicola was extremely thorough and listened and took into consideration all my concerns. McGregor really enjoyed his treatment and on our hacks feels a lot more comfortable and confident in his stride. I highly recommend Nicola. inspire trust.

Thank you so much to Sussex Veterinary Chiro for treating my new Mare! Belle is a bit of a special case as came to me as an unbacked 8 year old broodmare with no core and top line due to weaning her last foal. Belle is incredibly anxious with bad separation anxiety, Nicola was so patient with her and kind, Belle eventually relaxed! Belle has improved so much since her first treatment and is now striding out on the lunge ready to be backed!

I asked Nicola to look at my Romanian rescue dog, Piper. Piper is a large dog, age 6, and I thought she could do with a check over to make sure she was comfortable. Nicola was the epitome of efficiency and patience throughout the process. Piper is not good with people she doesn’t know, and Nicola was extremely patient with her. She made a couple of adjustments and some suggestions, which I hadn’t thought of, such as walking Piper on opposite sides when on the lead as one of the adjustments suggested that she was always walked on the same side. This is something I hadn’t thought of and was very grateful for the suggestion and advice. I have been doing this with Piper, and I think there has been an improvement. Nicola is extremely professional, friendly, and concerned with the welfare of her patients. I would recommend her a 100% and will be using her again. In fact, she is looking at my horse next week.

Nicola came out to my 21 year old semi-retired boy after he was lacking energy and just feeling like an old man. Nicola started with an initial assessment, then followed with a thorough treatment, which Pooch loved, explaining each step to me. She also advised daily exercises to keep him feeling supple and strong. He is back to flying over jumps and blasting over the downs. Already got his next session in the diary!

Nicola came to treat my older whippet after he started showing signs of stiff/ sore shoulders when getting up from a sleep. He has a younger brother and they do play very energetically so the older he is getting the more he is doing. Nicola came and assessed him and proceeded with a treatment which he absolutely loved and fell asleep part way through. He has become a certified PATS therapy dog so will he touched by a lot of people he doesn’t know so ensuring he is not sore is very important. Since his treatment Winston has not shown any signs of being stiff or sore in his shoulders and is very happy. I would definitely recommend Nicola for any dog that needs either a maintenance treatment or a specific treatment.

Nicola was very thorough and knowledgeable. She put the dogs at ease whilst she treated them and they both appeared to really enjoy it, one even fell asleep! The information following her session was most helpful and her advice on how to help the dogs was clear and achievable. Nicola has recently treated my young dog who is very playful. Nicola’s calm approach, to a very excited pup, ensured ‘Jones’ was relaxed and happy while receiving the treatment. Nicola came to see my horse who is coming out of a long term injury, Nicola was fantastic, explained everything, gave me exercises to work on and my horse was instantly more comfortable when she had finished his treatment. Nicola came to treat my new horse to assess him as his workload increases – she was very thorough and took the time to assess his movement before treating him. She left us with several stretches and exercises to work on, to help him build up strength and balance over time.
